Margaret Woods

Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, Margaret grew up in the middle of horse country, just down the road from the farm where Man O' War was standing stud. When he died, Margaret's father took her as a very young child to Man O' War's funeral - very few people can say that they went! After operating a horse feed company for a number of years, Margaret quit to start Horse Farm Tours, Inc. With her contacts with the farms and managers, she has managed to get into several of the horse farms for tours. Horse Farm Tours, Inc has been in business for 35 years.

Leslie Bruner

Leslie started riding horses when she was eight years old on Beaumont Farm in Lexington. While studying at the University of Kentucky, she took equestrian classes at Spindletop Farm. Formerly, Leslie led elderhostel tours of Lexington for the University of Kentucky. She enjoys people and horses, and has a lot of fun leading horse farm tours, which allows her to meet people from all over the world.

Ruth Flynn

Ruth was born in nearby Versailles, Kentucky, at the age of ten her family moved to Lexington.   Ruth worked with her husband for twenty five years in his training stable and after sixty years of marriage they are still together and love the world of the thoroughbred horses.  Her biggest thrill was when her own horse (Blond Witch) won a race at Keeneland at odds of 52 to 1 on the day before Halloween.
